2. Our Products

- Physical products are handmade items such as bags, pouches, and accessories. Slight variations in color, texture, and size may occue due to the nature of handmade work. For commissions, please be as detailed as you can be to avoid confusion.
- Digital products are sent through email or your Looply account. No shipping is required. Please do not re-sell, distribute, or claim my digital pattern as your own.
3. Order Placement & Payments

- In‑Stock. These are items already in-stock and can be readily shipped. A full payment is required. No to Cash on Delivery unless you are located within Baguio City, Philippines where a dropping area can be arranged for pick up.

Comissions (Custom and/or Made to Order). Customers can pay in full or can pay the downpayment first. Depending on complexity and queue, your commission may take time. Every update or progress will be sent for transparency.

For downpayments: A 50% downpayment is required before starting your commission. This is non‑negotiable and non‑refundable. The remaining balance is due before shipment of your commissioned product.
