Shipping policy

🇵🇭 Philippines (Nationwide Orders)

We use J&T Express as our default courier for all domestic shipments. If you prefer a different courier (LBC, Flash Express, etc.) or have your own courier arrangement, please contact us before or after checkout so we can confirm availability and rates.

J&T Express typically delivers within 1-3 days depending on customer's shipping location. It may take 3-5 days for holiday seasons. We recommend planning ahead for time-sensitive orders.

🌍 International Orders

International Orders will be checked out manually. Looply PH ships from the Philippines via DHL, J&T International, or PHLPost, depending on your country and available routes. 

Delivery times and shipping rates vary based on your location and the courier selected. If you need a shipping estimate or want to request a specific courier, please email us at hello@looplyph.com before placing your order. If you have already purchased, we recommend our customers to still email us for confirmation. 

Cash on Delivery 

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for both domestic and international orders. 

Shipping Fee Payment

International shipping fees are billed separately. After your order is packed and we receive the courier's shipping quote, we will email you the shipping invoice for payment. Your order will be shipped once the shipping fee is paid.

Tracking & Delivery

All international shipments include tracking information. Delivery times vary by country and courier. Once the package is handed over to the courier, transit time and delays are outside our control, including customs processing.
